Neodymium magnets
1. Size: Tailor made to clients' requirements.
2. Grade: Each month we do around 100 tons of sintered NdFeB magnets of grades under N35 - N52, 30M - 50M, 30H - 48H, 30SH - 45SH, 28UH - 40UH, 30EH - 35EH, 30AH - 33AH.
3. Magnetic properties: High coercive force, the max operation temp is up to 200 degree centigrade or 380 curie temperature.
4. Performance: Good flux consistency, good anti-high temperature performance, low temperature coefficient and low weight loss
5. Coating: Sintered NdFeB Magnets are prone to corrode in humid environments. So they usually need surface treatment to protect. The plating we offered includig: Ni, Zn, Ni-Cu-Ni, Silver, Gold, Passivation, Epoxy Resin, everlube etc.
6, Application: Acoustics, Motor assemblies, automotive Sensor, elevator traction motor, Windturbine, MRI, Transportation, IT industry, Communication equipments, Printer, Electrogragh, Scanner, Camera, Home appliance and so on.
